The problem
ZoomInfo's export uses Email Address, Company, Phone and Management Level. HubSpot's importer expects Email, Company Name, Phone Number and a lowercased Lifecycle Stage. Mixed-case emails and uppercased values break HubSpot's dedupe and segmentation.
What Mappd does
Mappd renames ZoomInfo's columns to HubSpot's exact property names, lowercases every email and the management-level value mapped to Lifecycle Stage, trims whitespace, and outputs a CSV that imports cleanly first time.
