The problem
Square's Transactions export carries a wide spread of columns — fees, tips, taxes, card brand — that QuickBooks Online's bank import simply ignores. QBO accepts three: Date, Description and Amount. Anything else, and the import errors or silently drops rows.
What Mappd does
Mappd cuts the export down to the three columns QuickBooks Online actually accepts, reformats the date to UK DD/MM/YYYY, and strips the currency symbol from Total Collected so QBO reads it as a number.
