Salesforce exports use Title, Company, Phone and Lead Status. HubSpot's importer expects Job Title, Company Name, Phone Number and a lowercased Lifecycle Stage. Same data, different vocabulary — and the emails need lowercasing before HubSpot will dedupe them.
