The problem
Mailchimp's audience export labels the email column “Email Address”, but HubSpot's contact import only auto-matches a column called “Email”. The phone column lands as “Phone” where HubSpot wants “Phone Number”. The result is an import that either fails or creates a pile of unmapped custom properties.
What Mappd does
Mappd renames Mailchimp's columns to the header names HubSpot's contact import auto-matches, and lowercases every email address so HubSpot dedupes cleanly against existing contacts.
