The problem
LinkedIn Sales Navigator exports use column names like "First Name", "Last Name", "Title" — but HubSpot's importer requires specific field names and throws errors on anything it doesn't recognise.
What Mappd does
Mappd maps LinkedIn's export columns to HubSpot's required format, lowercases all email addresses, trims whitespace, and strips columns that cause HubSpot to reject the file.

Common questions
How do I convert a LinkedIn export to HubSpot format?
Mappd cleans a LinkedIn connections or Sales Navigator export into HubSpot's contact-import shape by renaming Position to Job Title and Email Address to Email — the header names HubSpot auto-matches — lowercasing every address for clean dedupe, and reformatting Connected On to ISO 8601 (YYYY-MM-DD) as Create Date. Processing is client-side. Typical run time: 2 minutes.
What columns does this recipe rename?
Position → Job Title. Email Address → Email (lowercased). Connected On → Create Date (ISO format). First Name, Last Name and Company pass through trimmed. Note LinkedIn's export calls the role column Position, not Title.
Does my file get uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens entirely in your browser. Your file's data is only sent to Mappd if you save the conversion to your history.
Is this free?
Yes. Mappd is free for three saved recipes and unlimited rows. Free to use, with no card required. Pro (£15/month) lifts the recipe limit and keeps your last 50 conversions. AI column matching is on Pro+ (£25/month).
