The problem

You exported the pipeline, edited it in Excel, and now need it back in Salesforce. But the spreadsheet has friendly headers like "Account" and "Opportunity", DD/MM dates, and £-prefixed amounts — and the Data Import Wizard wants Salesforce field names, ISO dates and plain numbers.

What Mappd does

Mappd maps your working spreadsheet's columns back to Salesforce's field names, reformats dates to ISO 8601 so the importer parses them, strips the currency prefix from Amount, and trims every value — giving you a file the Data Loader or Import Wizard accepts on the first pass.

Column transformations

Account → Account Name (trimmed)
Opportunity → Opportunity Name (trimmed)
Stage → Stage (trimmed)
Close Date → Close Date (ISO 8601)
Amount → Amount (currency stripped)
Owner → Owner (trimmed)
Type → Type (trimmed)
